Happy National Ice Cream Day! That's right today is one of my favorite "holidays" lol, yea I know it's technically not an actual holiday but who cares! Met Gala Vibes

It’s that time of year again when all of your favorite fashion royalties come under one roof to celebrate...fashion. Some may ask, exactly what is the Met Gala and where does it take place? I honestly never really knew what it was, just that I always looked forward to seeing all of my favorite celebrities get dressed up and rock the baddest designer outfits a girl could imagine! That being said the Met Gala is pretty much a black-tie fundraising event that takes place the first Monday of May to raise money for the costume institute, also known as the most fashionable party of the year!   It is held at the " Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute " located in the one and only New York City.  Each year the museum displays a different exhibition to which celebrities get to play dress up and follow that theme. National Harbor Wine and Food Festival

Soo this past Saturday was the wine and food festival at the National Harbor which in our opinion should have been called the wine and liquor festival!! Don't get me wrong, it was greatly enjoyed but I was really looking forward to tasting the food as well and it was nowhere to be seen.    Besides that, it was a beautiful sunny day, and it was a friend's bday weekend and everyone was getting their drink on! We had shots of Jack Daniels, Bacardi, and Pinnacle vodka and etc.! At that point we lost count! It was the best and of course tons of wine tastings which didn't make it any better! And of course, we bought a few bottles to take back home!   So as you can imagine we were feeling quite nice, maybe too nice lol!  To the point we basically canceled all plans to go out that night to just order the fight and try to sober up (well sorta).
